Building the connected stack: data collaboration, minimisation and governance in practice for a real competitive edge

A session exploring the essentials of data collaboration that enables effective marketing: technology, data quality, consent management and governance

English Exchange Community

Introduction

With all the focus on AI nowadays, one can easily forget that its effectiveness depends largely on the availability, quality, structure and governance of the underlying data. Challenges around the ecosystem, consent, data consistency and governance increasingly influence what brands can realistically activate and scale.

This UBA Exchange Community Data & Tech session on 18 June focuses on the essentials that support effective marketing: data collaboration, data quality, consent management and Data & AI Governance. Rather than exploring AI applications, this session will examine how data flows in an ecosystem, and how consent context and governance frameworks impact marketing execution, compliance and long-term value creation.

The session combines expert perspectives with peer-to-peer exchange, allowing participants to share experiences, challenges and approaches with other brand and data leaders in a confidential setting.

What to expect from this session:

  • Insights into the role of data quality and consent context in marketing.
  • A practical view on safeguarding user consent across data activation processes.
  • Perspectives on structuring Data & AI Governance within marketing organisations.
  • Insights into the role of the ecosystem in effective data collaboration.
  • Open exchange with peers facing similar data and governance challenges.

Keynotes already confirmed:

  • The connected stack problem: data minimisation and governance in practice: Glenn Vanderlinden, Co-founder, Human37
  • Use case: Ruben Tip, Snowflake
  • Turning Data & AI Governance into your marketing superpower: Sophie Angenot, CEO, QuaData
