Can AI help you? Designing CX for Gen Z & Alpha
To address the needs of our members, UBA is organizing five sessions on important trends in 2026. This is the last session out of five.
Introduction
AI is rapidly becoming a fundamental layer in how the next generations interact with brands, services and the world around them.
Gen Alpha is growing up with AI in their back pockets and 86% of Gen Z is open to AI-powered customer experiences (CX) when these save them time or make their lives easier, compared to only 36% of Baby Boomers.
In this inspiring 60-minute session, Joeri Van den Bergh will share his latest insights and real-world examples on how AI’s growing presence in commerce is reshaping the expectations and behaviour of young consumers. Discover what Gen Z and Gen Alpha really want and how to design customer experiences that resonate with them today and tomorrow.
Language
The session is conducted in English and the slides of the presentation are in English as well.
