Hoe zet ik een ideale webshop op?

  • Het starten met een webshop: Wat moet er in de briefing? Welke software bestaat er? Wie kan of moet je hierin bijstaan?
  • Wat werkt er? We kijken naar hoe bezoekers idealiter navigeren, hoe ze zoeken en waar ze absoluut naar kijken op een webshop.
  • Online verkeer: U leert inspelen op hoe mogelijke bezoekers surfen en zoeken op het internet. U ontdekt ook welke beschikbare data er is om meer bezoekers naar uw eigen website te trekken.
  • Conversie: U leert aanvoelen wat het ideale moment is waarop bezoekers mogelijks kunnen converteren en ho u die conversie-ratio kan verhogen.
 

Hoe zorg ik voor een veilige webshop?

Een webshop moet voldoen aan de wetgeving. Dat houdt in dat er op verschillende vlakken heel wat verplichtingen zijn om vertrouwen uit te stralen en vertrouwen te winnen bij uw doelgroep.

  • Online betalingsverkeer: Wat zijn de verschillende factoren om betalingen mogelijk te maken?
  • Beveiliging van uw webshop: Op welke manier dient uw database, uwwebshop, uw bezoeker,… te worden beveiligd?
  • U krijgt een inzicht in uw juridische opties, algemene voorwaarden, verplichte functionaliteiten en certificatiemodellen.
