Creative thinking

How do you strengthen your creative thinking muscle?

Master Class Dutch

Introduction

In times of ongoing uncertainty, organisations need more creativity and innovation, while some people seek comfort in their old patterns. In this interactive session, discover the power of your personal creative leadership to manage this polarity. Learn how Creative Thinking provides you with tools to solve challenges or problems (both professionally and personally).

What will you learn?

Participants will be introduced to the methodology of Creative Problem Solving: covering the basic principles of creative thinking, the process of creative problem-solving and an initial understanding of their personal preferences in relation to this process. Additionally, they will learn to apply several techniques, enabling them to confidently start using these methods themselves. This will be done through interactive exercises.

For whom?

Everyone is welcome to participate. However, this session is especially suited for individuals in line management or project coordination roles.

Language

The training will be given in Dutch, the slides of the presentation will be in English.
Participants may respond in the language of their choice.

    Carine Chisu

    Renaissance

During a highly varied career, Carine implemented change management initiatives and also worked as an HR consultant. However, her true passion has always been learning and sharing knowledge. As a freelance trainer, she was able to pursue this through traditional management training. In 2016, she discovered creative thinking and became increasingly curious about the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) methodology. This eventually led her to undertake various creativity training courses and to pursue a Master’s degree in the field.

Today, at Renaissance, she draws on this knowledge and experience to support organisations in unravelling complex problems or challenges and in finding truly innovative solutions. In this way, the training goes beyond theory—she applies the methodology to real issues within the organisation that call for creative solutions.

She is an energetic, dynamic, and passionate trainer who delivers Creative Problem Solving with great conviction every day, both in public and private sector organisations.
