Introduction
There are hundreds of KPIs being used to measure marketing communication results. Yet many organisations struggle with confusion around definitions, inconsistent measurement practices and unclear links to business impact.
With the UBA Effectiveness Certification Program, UBA Belgium goes one step further. Building on the Master Class “Measuring and reporting marketing communication effects”, participants now have the opportunity to obtain an official UBA Certification in Marketing Effectiveness.
During the Master Class on 26 May 2026, you will be guided through the 36 most important KPIs for marketing effectiveness. You will learn how to measure campaigns, brand development and business impact, how to set meaningful targets, and how to avoid common pitfalls.
Get your certification in marketing effectiveness
After attending the Master Class, participants will receive a comprehensive compendium (syllabus) covering the full framework. You will then have 30 calendar days to complete an online exam. Upon successfully passing the exam, you will receive the official UBA Effectiveness Certification, a recognition of your expertise in measuring and reporting marketing communication impact.
