Next, we show how to translate insights into concrete actions across business, brand, and product, building a coherent plan of action. The final phase focuses on achieving successful interaction with your audiences.

Each phase we highlight how agents and tools can support people’s excellence. Throughout the session we bring real cases and invite you to share insights and experiences too.

After three hours you leave with actionable insights.
