Out-of-home advertising : how to apply the 150m exclusion zone around schools
Following the entry into force of new provisions on responsible advertising around schools, UBA, in collaboration with sector partners, invites you to a webinar dedicated to their practical implementation.
Introduction
Since 1 January 2025 for the Alcohol Convention and 1 January 2026 for the BeFAC Code, certain advertisements can no longer be displayed within a 150-meter radius around schools. To ensure a good application in practice, implementation notes have been developed in collaboration with the AEA (Association of Outdoor Advertising Operators).
