Ideation / brainstorming techniques
How do you and your team go from a blank page to a clearly defined list of ideas?
Introduction
From a blank page to a clearly defined list of ideas?
That's ideation, a brainstorming technique that - good news - can be trained. Ideation is teamwork. The more different profiles around the table, the better. But how do you set up and lead this exercise?
What will you learn?
After an introduction to the general principles of ‘Ideation’ as a brainstorming technique, you will delve deeper into the various interactive techniques as building blocks to creatively arrive at solutions. You will learn how best to plan and prepare the brainstorm, which techniques to use in which situations (much/little time - small/large teams - different types of personalities in the group) and how to lead the group to a creative and rich result. Expect exercises and role-plays.
Depending on the number of registrations, a second trainer may be foreseen.
For whom?
For project managers, marketers, team leads and all those who want to look at potential challenges or innovations in a different way and generate and facilitate out-of-the-box ideas with a group.
Language
The training will be given in Dutch, the slides of the presentation will be in English.
Participants may respond in the language of their choice.
