Introduction
In this Master Class, we introduce a methodology for the remuneration of agencies.
We provide a clear overview of all remuneration models currently used in the market. We analyse each of these models and discuss their advantages and disadvantages. The focus is on selecting the right remuneration model to foster an effective collaboration.

- Providing an unbiased overview of the different forms of remuneration with the pros and cons of each system.
- Introducing a common terminology for the Belgian market regarding remuneration.
For whom?
This Master Class is aimed at anyone who collaborates with one or more (communication) agencies and wants to optimise the relationship. CMO, Marketing Director, Communication Director, Procurement Manager,… Participation is exceptionally limited to advertisers to ensure relevant peer discussions and experience sharing.
Language
The training will be given in Dutch, the slides of the presentation will be in English.
Participants may respond in the language of their choice.
