  1. Het belang van stakeholder engagement
    Wat maakt dat “stakeholder engagement” cruciaal is om vernieuwende ideeën te ontwikkelen en succesvol te vermarkten?
  2. Verschillende vormen van stakeholder engagement
    Stakeholder engagement kan gaan van het delen van informatie, het inwinnen van advies, tot het betrekken als volwaardige partner bij belangrijke beslissing of innovatie projecten op marketing of corporate niveau.
  3. Ken uw stakeholders
    Identificeer en prioritiseer de belangrijkste interne en extern stakeholders voor uw idee of project. En vergeet uzelf niet: u bent een belangrijk stakeholder en kan het voorbeeld geven als ambassador voor stakeholder engagement.
  4. Nodig uw stakeholders uit tot een dialoog
    Laat uw stakeholders elkaar leren kennen. Doorbreek de silo’s in uw bedrijf en breng consumenten en partners in contact met de mensen uit uw bedrijf. Creëer een context van vertrouwen waarin vrijuit, uitgewisseld kan worden over behoeftes en belangen en waarin co-creatie kan ontstaan.
  5. Onderhoud de relaties met en tussen uw stakeholders
    Zorg voor contact, betrokkenheid, enthousiasme en engagement met uw belangrijkste stakeholders doorheen de tijd. Ondersteun de vorming van communities.
