De impact van het coronavirus op onze economie is angstaanjagend groot. Veel ondernemingen verkeren momenteel in nood, anderen weten nog niet goed wat de impact van deze crisis zal zijn, maar zijn genoodzaakt ook hun dagelijkse werking zwaar bij te sturen. Het is als ondernemer erg belangrijk te weten wat je rechten én verplichtingen zijn.

Wat met klanten die zich op de coronacrisis beroepen om hun bestellingen of contracten te annuleren? Indien uw leverancier niet meer kan leveren, krijgt u dan uw reeds betaalde voorschotten terug? Wat met reeds gemaakte kosten van evenementen of projecten die niet meer kunnen plaatsvinden of uitgevoerd worden?
