Introduction

Wetgeving rond websites en webshops evolueert razendsnel en het lijkt wel of er vanuit de EU constant nieuwe regels op ons afkomen.  Cookies, GDPR, verkoop op afstand, geoblocking, de “platformverordening, PSD II,  … De stroom lijkt niet te stoppen. 

In dit webinar proberen we alle relevante regels op een rijtje te zetten die ervoor zorgen dat uw website de regels respecteert.  Dat is tenslotte belangrijk om nodeloze boetes te vermijden, maar dat is vooral belangrijk als onderdeel van uw brand strategy.  Relevance is dan wel king, maar Trust blijft onmisbaar en twee fundamenten van Trust zijn precies consumentenrechten en privacy.
