About this training
This training is led by Beatrijs Dewijngaert and Juliette Du Roy of AdaStone. Beatrijs and Juliette teach you how to anticipate certain legal pitfalls that advertisers can encounter, and what legal reflexes you need to have to recognise and remedy these problems. The first module covers personality rights, including the right to image, voice and name, and the importance of obtaining the necessary consents. The second module deals with intellectual property rights, more specifically the protection of copyrights and trademarks. The third module focuses on the organisation of advertising contests, the types of contests and the rules to follow to prevent violations, including compliance with the GDPR.
This video training is given in Dutch/French. The presentation is in English. Subtitles are available in Dutch, French and English.
