Are you an Account Manager who loves to grow business - not just manage accounts?

At HighCo DATA Benelux, we help leading brands and retailers create smarter, more effective promotional activations through the combination of marketing, technology and data.

As we continue to grow our business, we’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to manage and grow an existing B2B clients’ portfolio, while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Your focus will be on:

• Growing existing accounts through cross-selling & upselling
• Proactively identifying new opportunities within your clients’ portfolio
• Prospecting and developing new business
• Selling, negotiating & closing commercial opportunities
• Building strong and long-term relationships with clients

Client contact is at the heart of the role: you’ll organize and conduct around 5-10 client meetings per week, both virtually and in person, turning conversations into opportunities and business.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Sales or Business Development
• Strong commercial, negotiation and closing skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English
• Someone who enjoys being in front of clients and actively creating business opportunities
