UBA Belgium, the association of Belgian brands, is looking for an experienced Project Manager Events. We support brand builders by empowering, inspiring and representing them. Our events – from Trends Day to Media Date and the UBA Xmas Lunch – are iconic within the Belgian marketing landscape, and you will have the opportunity to take them to an even higher level.

Your role

As Project Manager Events, you are the central link in the organisation of our events. From venue selection to ticket sales, from partner coordination to on‑site execution: you manage the entire project flow from A to Z and ensure flawless delivery. You think, plan and lead, while seamlessly bringing together member‑sponsors, suppliers, speakers and internal stakeholders.

What you will do

• Event Project Management: plan, budget and coordinate flagship and smaller C‑suite events. Manage logistical and contractual aspects. Prepare the P&L per event.
• Ticketing & administration: daily follow‑up of registrations, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of invoicing and participant management.
• Stakeholder & partner management: guide and brief partners, sponsors and speakers. Work closely with the event agency.
• Event communication: coordinate deadlines for visual assets, plan and align communication campaigns, maintain press relations, and ensure event information on websites is accurate and up to date.
• On‑site coordination: take operational leadership during events in tandem with UBA’s fixed event partner, with strong attention to experience and flow.
• Evaluation & optimisation: use data insights and feedback to continuously improve future events.

Who you are

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in events or marketing
• Strong organisational skills; structured and able to perform under pressure
• Communicative, assertive and efficient in stakeholder management
• Analytically minded, with strong skills in P&L management, budgeting and Excel
• Professional command of Dutch and English; good working knowledge of French
