Agentic AI in customer support
How agentic AI is redefining customer support and service automation. This is the last session in a series of four.
Introduction
AI is rapidly changing how organisations organise their customer support. Yet in many companies today, it still remains limited to simple chatbots or stand-alone automations. In this session, we show how agentic AI can take customer support to the next level, with AI not only generating answers but also actively contributing to processes.
We start with a brief introduction to what agentic AI actually is and how it differs from traditional AI tools. We then look at how AI agents, automation and existing systems can be combined to make support processes smarter, from answering more complex questions to coordinating multiple steps in a workflow.
Using concrete examples, we show what is already possible today, what is needed to get started with this, and how organisations can apply this in practice.
